What apartments are available?
A.J Residences lists Apartments 01, 03, 05 and 07. Each has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Contact our team to confirm which apartment is available for your preferred dates.
Which floor is each apartment on?
Apartment 01 is on the first floor, Apartment 03 on the second, Apartment 05 on the third and Apartment 07 on the fourth. Please discuss stairs, accessibility and any mobility requirements with our team before booking.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. The apartments are presented as furnished homes with living and dining spaces, bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Ask us about any specific furnishings or equipment you need for your stay.
What amenities are included?
Listed amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an equipped kitchen and refrigerator/freezer. Parking, security personnel, CCTV and controlled entry are also listed. Please confirm current services and any special requirements when enquiring.
Is housekeeping available?
Weekly housekeeping is listed among the apartment services. Confirm the schedule, what is included and any arrangements for additional cleaning with the property team.
Where is A.J Residences located?
The property is in Brufut, Wullinkamma, The Gambia, near Turntable, beaches and local shops. Contact us for directions and advice on reaching the property. Travel times depend on your starting point and traffic.
What is the nightly rate?
The website references an archived rate of $50 per night. This is historical information, not a current quote. Please request current pricing for your dates, apartment preference and length of stay.
How do I check availability or make a booking?
Use the contact form or email info@ajresidences.com with your preferred dates, number of guests and apartment preference. Our team will confirm availability and the relevant booking conditions. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an apartment.
What happens when I submit the enquiry form?
Your enquiry is saved for the property team. An email draft is also prepared in your email application for you to review and send. Nothing is emailed automatically by the form, and the enquiry is not a booking confirmation.
How many guests can stay in an apartment?
Each listed apartment has three bedrooms, but the permitted occupancy must be confirmed by our team. Include the number of adults and children in your enquiry so we can advise on a suitable arrangement.
What are the payment and cancellation conditions?
Payment arrangements, deposits and cancellation conditions are confirmed as part of your specific booking or rental agreement. Request these details before committing to a stay. The website does not currently take booking payments.
Can I arrange a longer stay?
You can enquire about your preferred length of stay. Tell us your proposed arrival date and duration, and our team will advise on availability, pricing and any applicable rental arrangements.
